How Many Delivery Attempts does LBC Express Make?
Short answer – 2 attempts. The package will then be shipped back to the sender if both attempts result in unsuccessful deliveries.

Slightly longer explanation-
If you are tracking your LBC package and seeing ‘Shipment is with a concern, please get in touch with our official customer channels‘, it means that your package was not successfully delivered and is being held at a branch.
To arrange for further logistics, you are asked to contact LBC Express. The best way to do so within the Philippines is through the contact information listed here. If you are an OFW or simply located overseas, then the global hotline is your best option to proceed.
Also, LBC Express delivers packages from Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 7:00pm. They do not deliver on Sundays. Simply knowing this schedule will help you eliminate the risk of missing the item when a delivery attempt is made.
If you end up requiring to pick up the package from an LBC Branch, you might be subject to an additional charge of PHP 50 after incurring 2 failed delivery attempts.
In addition, if you cannot receive your package and request another delivery or a return to sender, this is considered a new transaction, and additional charges may apply.
Along with this, it will be required for you to present a valid ID card to claim your package if you choose to go with the branch route. The ID card should reflect your address and prove that you are the right person who the package belongs to. This is simply a measure to prevent fraud and any loss of items. Of course, if your shipment was insured, then that would be a different story, but still having to go through the extra headache is not simply worth it.
