LBC Sea Cargo Rates 2024 – The Complete Guide
LBC Express’s Sea Cargo rates vary across different regions in the world. In addition, compared to LBC Air Cargo rates, LBC’s Sea Cargo rates are much more reasonable. If you are shipping from one of the 30 countries LBC Express operates from, and if you are okay with your package taking more time to reach the Philippines, this is a great shipping option.
Many Balikbayan boxes are shipped every year by the OFW community (Overseas Filipino Workers) using this method, given that the cost per kilo is drastically lower.
For example, the cost per kilo for a ‘Small Air Box’ of size 24″ x 18″ 9″ is US$18 (up to 12kgs) for a package being shipped from the United States to the Philippines.
A package of the same size costs between $3.75-$5.25 per kilo if shipped through the slower sea freight route!
That is a minimum saving of 70%! Imagine that! Of course, if you have a package that needs to be sent urgently to the Philippines, then it might be worth the price, but if you are like most customers shipping items from abroad back to the Philippines, then this is a great bargain provided by LBC Express.
Once you have booked the sea cargo services, LBC will issue a 12-digit code, which can be used to track your sea cargo box using our LBC Tracking tool.
