Contacting LBC using Facebook Messenger
LBC Express has also introduced a way to connect with their customer care representatives through Facebook Messenger. These are set up for automated replies, and the only way to proceed is to click on ‘Get Started.’
Once you do this, you will receive a message instantly from LEA (LBC Express Assistant). Please note that LEA is a part of LBC Express’s automated reply system.
Here is a screenshot we took when we tried LEA. As you can see, you can only access a few pre-determined pages. If you are looking to get in touch with an agent, this might not be the best way to do so. The methods listed above are likely to yield better results.
